Thank You

Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes for my niece Jillian. Jill's surgery went well, the surgeon told her Mom (Susie) that Jill's intestines were very diseased and blocked, but thankfully, she did not have to remove as much as she first thought, and she did not have to perform a colostomy on Jill. So hopefully there will be no need for further surgery. Now it's just healing and getting on with her life.
Please continue to pray for this beautiful girl, she really is such a sweet soul.

I think it's always nice to put a face with a name so I am posting a few pictures of Jill.

Here she is in happier times on her wedding day:

It was a very pretty wedding and here are her sisters Jackie (the blonder one with her hair down), and Erika (the darker hair in an upsweep) watching Jill walk down the aisle, both so happy for her:

Thank You, God, for your Protection over Jill, and thank You, God, for friends and prayerful support.

  1. Eileen, I got interrupted when I was reading your post earlier, and I must have missed the part about your beautiful niece! OH, sweetie, I know you must be tremendously relieved to hear this news. I am going to put her on my prayer list for a speedy recovery. What a terrifying thing to have happen, and what a blessing that it wasn't worse.

Sending you love and all good wishes and your beautiful niece as well...

    XO,

    Sheila
