If you could come back as an animal, which would it be?
A fly. I've said enough times in my life, "I wish I could have been a fly on the wall..." and here would be my chance!

Something you couldn't live without?
Love and Forgiveness.

The ability to carry on in the face of adversity without losing Faith.

Something you would like to do:
I wish I had the qualifications to be a good politician/leader, which is really strange because I hate politics!

Your main strength/forte?
No clue. Really.

I think both these awards have already been forwarded to all the bloggers I know and read, so if anyone reading here hasn't already been tagged, consider yourself tagged now!

  1. HI EILEEN-

Great answers. I love your outfit - jeans-t-shirt and your Mom's bracelet - perfect AND that you would come back as a 'fly'. Way cool.

    Have a glorious day

    Love Gail

  3. Loved reading these about you, Eileen! As silly as some of these tags sometimes seem, they really do help you get to know another person. Enjoyed this much.

  6. No way are you bratty nor mediocre. I want to be your editor before you post again. You are one of the sweetest women, Eileen...so, don't even go there with the bratty or mediocre thing any more. (Teacher writes that with a red pen across your blog!!)
May I ask... Do you like coffee? :))
Love this blog...loving finding out about my friends...and do hope that your mouth stops hurting soon. Love to you from Jackie

  7. Well for cryin' out loud Eileen, if you can't think of a main strength for yourself, then how in the heck are we supposed to brag about ourselves?
Lets see, great mom, great grandmom, you are great at cheering people up when they are down, You are a great writer, A great friend, probably a great wife ( I'd have to ask Ray this ) so just pick one and get it over with!
    Love Di

  8. Thanks to everyone who visited and commented! I so appreciate it! You are all too nice and always very sweet to me.
And, DIANA, you have me spitting out coffee AGAIN!
And I'm so sad that I couldn't access so many blogs for so long.
You, especially, Di, I feel like you lived a few lifetimes while I was away!
And Ray is like all of you people, he'd say I'm a good wife, he doesn't see my flaws!
Lucky for me that LOVE IS BLIND!!

    Love to you all!,
    Eileen

  9. I loved your favorite drinks answer Eileen. Who would have guessed! :) I don't like to travel either Eileen. Your best quality could be... creative decorator, very supportive, lovable personality, or your generosity. I'm sure I could think of more...I just did...your penmanship, very good!

Sorry to be so late, was working on a post myself and it's grocery buying, leaf raking, tree trimming time around here!

    Luv and Smiles,
    Wanda

  10. Let me get one thing straight...you are NOT mediocre. Nothing about you is mediocre. Your blog reeks of love for God, your family, and your friends. You write uplifting words that make us ponder and wonder and be grateful. Mediocre? No way no how. That word does not belong with you.
Oh and the bratty part...I'm certain you are not that either.

  11. Once again, thank you all so much!
And, GAIL, remember what I said when I had emailed you about these good women here that I correspond with?
If you ever need a soft spot to land, these women will not disappoint!

And Jackie, never mind about being my editor on my blog, you can be my PR person if I ever get into politics!

I figure I can't do any worse than the idiots that are in Washington, right? Republican and Democrat alike, almost every politician looks out only for him/her self!
Are there any good, honest men/women left in politics?

What I think is funniest is that they all feel like they have so much control.
I'm always so happy when God shows them otherwise!

    Have a great weekend, everyone!
    Love to you!,
    Eileen

  12. Great answers Eileen! LOL I love the one about the fly on the wall. I think we have all said that at one time or another or "I wish I were a little bird." It's always nice to get to know you better ♥ I hope all of you have a happy and blessed All Hallows Eve.
    Love to all of you.

  13. Hi Eileen, you are absolutely fun! I enjoyed reading your answers, although I will not agree with you on some of them. Mediocre for one... I don't think so.

Well, enjoy your winter (yes get those winter clothes out of storage), as I heard in the news that it is already snow storming in Colorado...

What happened to your lips and mouth? Hope they really heal fast.

    Love
    Lidj

  14. Hi, Lidj, I'm okay, thanks, I have some kind of gum disease and I needed work done, and I think I have a very low tolerance for pain.
Thank goodness it's only one side of my mouth so I shouldn't complain.
But I can't chew or brush my teeth on the side he worked on (the chewing doesn't bother me, but I hate not being able to brush my teeth, I can feel that it would be painful though), I go back next week and then hopefully I get the okay to brush again!

I loved your heartfelt post today, although it made me very sad to read about your heavy burden and the heartaches suffered in your country.
I'm going to bring Ray over there later to view your videos.
    Stay strong.
    Love to you,
    Eileen
