We look forward to having another nurse in the family! Our niece Erika will be joining my sister-in-law Ann, my sister-in-law Eileen, and my niece Rachel, all nurses! Erika had her pinning ceremony last night.
Beautiful Erika!

She's got those stunning eyes that seem to run in your family! It's been a long while since I've actually seen a nurse in a hat, and wearing white. I like it! I wonder if that is a NY thing. I wish we would go back to that here...she looks so professional.
How wonderful! Congratulations Erika! What a beautiful girl she is. She looks so professional in her nursing outfit and hat. I know she has worked very hard and I know how proud all of you are of her. Our world certainly needs nurses, and besides, I don't think you can have to many nurses in the family :>)
Hi Eileen.... I am SO proud of her...and happy to see the white uniform with the cap and stripe...and I do wish our nurses here would wear them. What an accomplishment! Hats off to her!!! :)) She will be a wonderful nurse. She has a lovely smile, and I'm quite sure her heart is just as lovely. Congratulations to Erika (what a pretty name!)

I love my life. There is not one person I can think of that I would want to change places with. The older I get the more comfortable I am with myself, and each day makes me more grateful for the Blessings God Has Bestowed on me. Truly, my cup runneth over.
I hope if Jackie @ Teacher's Pet reads this post she doesn't get scared of Erika's white uniform and white starched hat with the black stripe! Yikes!
